I am an early thirty’s girl trying to get back on track with balancing my diet, working out, friends, and my job. I had those key pieces almost in sync for a year than many curve balls were thrown my way. This is my journey/thoughts on my path back to a healthy mind, body, and soul. I love my job; working with children; but now I want to try to help them in a different way. I love Disney, it is my happy spot in this crazy world. I go there and it is like all the weight of the world is off my shoulders! I got an annual pass and I plan to hit it up 4 times this year! I would love to run 2 more races this year there, and if I could I would do anything for the Disneyland races too!
I am a graduate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and loving everyday it. I want to find another job like that one I have in which I have a passion for it! I did my first half marathon in Oct. 2010 and have never been so proud of myself, I cried the last half mile to the finish. I want to be that person again who over a year ago gave up HFCS (it now over runs my life again) and went to the gym 3-4 times a week (now it is zero).
This past summer my husband and I decided to get in shape for our wedding and both used different BeachBody workouts. Jrod used Insanity and I used TurboFire, both were life changing and I personally have never enjoyed working out so much. I am now a BeachBody coach, with the goal of helping others who want to get into shape, but not wanting to go to a gym. The key is that it seems like a lot of money because it’s all at once but my Gold’s Gym membership was $432 for the year and I NEVER went! I love rolling out of bed and just pressing play. I just started LesMills Combat and I will be posting updates on this blog as I go along. If you have any questions about any BeachBody product, just let me know! P.S. I ordered mine from Amazon because I am cheap, but I wouldn’t do that again because I missed out on getting a bunch of DVD’s and bonus products for the same price!?! Grrr…. if I had only known!
This is my adventure in getting back to where I belong within myself. Wish me luck
